I'm Amit.

As a UX/UI designer, I conduct user research, conceptualize design ideas, and create graphical user interfaces for products that support business objectives, while providing meaningful user experiences. I’ve helped shape product direction, create style guides, produce prototypes, establish process flows, and translate product concepts into functional designs. I have expertise in UI best practices, designing elegant user flows, validating product design requirements, and defining the user interface for new or existing products.

As Head of Marketing Design at Papaya Global, I lead the creative direction and manage a multidisciplinary design team across brand, marketing, and UX. I shape and scale our global visual identity to ensure clarity, consistency, and impact.

Working closely with product, marketing, and engineering, I translate complex value propositions into a cohesive brand experience. I build scalable design systems, implement AI-driven workflows, and drive high-quality, fast execution that supports business growth.

Responsibilities included full ownership of all visual assets for Panorays’ web presence, including the blog, guides, and additional content areas, along with leading the ongoing design work in close collaboration with the development team. I optimized online campaign visuals for paid advertising and a wide range of marketing materials such as banners, events, newsletters, social posts, and videos. I also worked closely with product managers, analysts, and engineers to apply user-centric design principles and maintain a high level of quality across both desktop and mobile web experiences.

In this role, I built and maintained close working relationships with developers, collaborating on brainstorming sessions that helped shape product ideas and inform overall design direction. I took responsibility for delivering creative and effective solutions to complex and challenging product requirements, while driving the implementation of high-quality user interaction workflows and behavior specifications. I worked closely with design and product teams to ensure a consistently high level of UX and UI delivery, and contributed to the creation of detailed design deliverables, including process flows, specifications, mockups, and wireframes.

During this period, I managed design activities across the entire product lifecycle, creating engaging visual and interactive experiences. I designed UI wireframes that delivered elegant user experience solutions while supporting and translating business goals into practical interfaces. I was responsible for shaping UI standards and contributing to style guides, as well as developing and refining design ideas and content. In parallel, I leveraged a strong understanding of relevant technologies alongside user goals and behaviors to resolve complex UX challenges and improve overall product usability.

In this role, I took responsibility for leading the design of graphic and marketing materials, including brochures and other collateral. I developed logos and brand identities from concept to production-ready assets for brands such as Kata, Manfrotto, and National Geographic. Alongside this, I created modern and engaging design solutions for web experiences, including landing pages, newsletters, and user interfaces. I also managed the graphical asset database, produced application demos, and coordinated photography to support marketing and product needs.
